Abstract
Successive feudal regimes connected exquisite significance to the administration of Islam and formulated a collection of policies, which have been summarized as follows: to soften the hearts and minds of the Muslims; to export Confucianism to teach them. These had an effective impact on the balance of society and the improvement of Islam.
