Abstract

The article uses general research methods: lingvoculturological analysis, contextual analysis of the ethnospecific concept "Mutter", collection of information about the concept of "Mutter" from lexicographic sources, generalization of this concept. The scientific novelty of our research is determined by the fact that one of the most important concepts in the German language - the concept of "Mutter" is reflected in German proverbs and sayings: "love", "care", "good attitude", "kindness", "Protection", as well as the upbringing of children.
