Abstract

The article deals with the problem of teaching object-oriented programming. The paper proposes guidelines for teaching students object-oriented programming using the capabilities of various programming languages, and developing computer programs based on them. Teaching the basics of object-oriented programming makes it possible to bring the teaching of a programming course to a more modern level and expands the possibilities of future specialized courses, as well as eliminates the contradictions between the current state of programming and the content of teaching the discipline in higher educational institutions
