Abstract

The article discusses the problem of endocrine miscarriage, in particular luteal phase deficiency, which leads to early pregnancy losses. The article assesses the frequency of miscarriage depending on the pathogenetic mechanisms of the formation of luteal phase insufficiency. The study included 63 women diagnosed with miscarriage. The patients underwent clinical and anamnestic, gynecological and hormonal studies. The results of the studies showed that the leading cause of miscarriage from endocrine factors is the pathology of the thyroid gland and is 61.9%.
