POSSIBILITIES OF PHYTOECDYSTEROIDS IN THE TREATMENT OF PERIMENOPAUSAL DISORDERS IN POST-COVID-19 WOMEN
Abstract
A prospective clinical observational study was conducted in the polyclinic of the RSSPMC for Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the family polyclinic No. 52 of Tashkent. The aim of the study was to assess the possibility of using phytoecdysteroids developed in the Republic of Uzbekistan, in perimenopausal women with menopausal syndrome after suffering COVID-19. Of these, 46 (the main group) were treated for COVID-19 in the Zangiata State Special Hospital No. 1, the control group consisted of 20 women who had not undergone SARS-CoV-2. Clinical and laboratory parameters were evaluated 3 months after phytoecdysteroids treatment based on the results of clinical and laboratory tests. It was concluded that phytoecdysteroids can be used in perimenopausal women with contraindications to MHT.
