Abstract

Reliable decreasing of amniotic fluid glucose and creatinine in pregnant women with infections conditioned habitual non-carrying of pregnancy was observed. Decreased level of abovementioned data defines degree of fetus contamination and destruction, increased amount of mean molecular mass proteins, malonic aldehyde, free oxyproline and gexoses in glycoseaminoglicanes which are shows presence of dystrophic processes, structural changes of collagenous structures of fetoplacental system and risk of infarcts formation, which provides early discharge of amniotic fluid and lost of pregnancy.
