Abstract

Fetal uropathy is associated with high mortality and postpartum morbidity due to pulmonary hypoplasia and impaired renal function. There are no specific diagnostic features that may guide the clinical approach and decisions. The article analyzes published sources of foreign research, as well as near abroad, concerning the questions of etiology and pathogenesis of obstructive uropathy in the fetus, Evaluation of the effectiveness of approaches to intrauterine surgical interventions in a given fetal pathology compared to the waiting tactics of gestation.
