SOMATIC PATHOLOGY IN ADOLESCENTS WITH MENSTRUAL FUNCTION DISORDERS
Abstract
In modern conditions, the health of adolescents is of particular importance due to the increasing frequency of both somatic and gynecological morbidity. It is known that the health of teenagers today is the health of society tomorrow. At the same time, a vicious circle of pathological conditions develops in the body of girls with menstrual function disorders, resulting in a deterioration of somatic health, at the same time somatic diseases in adolescents cause menstrual function disorders. . Therefore, carrying out preventive examinations for early detection of diseases at the level of primary health care could significantly affect the improvement of somatic and gynecological health of adolescents. Numerous scientific studies and medical statistics indicate a high prevalence among children and adolescents of both gynecological 10% - 29% and somatic pathology. The purpose of the study. To analyze indicators of menstrual cycle disorders in adolescents with somatic pathology. Material and methods. A random sampling method was used to conduct a preventive examination of 318 teenage girls aged 15-19 years living in the city of Samarkand with complaints of menstrual dysfunction. Conclusions. The main ways to improve the mechanisms of providing comprehensive medical care to adolescent girls are seen in improving the quality of preventive examinations and the effectiveness of dispensary supervision; clear standardization of diagnosis and treatment of major gynecological and somatic diseases of adolescence.
