Abstract
The article discusses the essence, purpose, and objectives of modular learning, which is one of the types of personality-oriented learning technology. The sequence of transition to modular learning, the technology of the subject-activity approach, with the use of which continuity, intensification, individualization of learning is ensured, is presented.
