Abstract

Thе article describes in detail the history of the origin of the concept of the crime of smuggling, the application of this concept and the definitions that a number of legal scholars have given in relation to this concept. The norms concerning the conceptof the crime of smuggling in the legislation of our state were also discussed, and the author's definition was given as a conclusion.
