Uzbekistan: Theory and Practice of Personnel Training for Tourism

Abstract

This article analyzes the republic’s need for tourist personnel. It is convenient to combine these datawith the prospects for the development of the tourism industry through state and regional programs. At thesame time, these plans should be an integral part of the employment policy of the population within the frameworkof the state program of socio-economic development of the regions of the republic. Such a systematicapproach makes it possible to accurately and rationally implement forecasts of the needs of professionalsubjects of tourism activity.
