Teaching agricultural terminology in classes on Russian as a foreign language to Uzbek students
Abstract
The article deals with the topical problem of teaching professional vocabulary to Uzbek students. The aim is to spread the author’s experience of teaching agricultural terminology to Uzbek students in classes in Russian as a foreign language. Based on modern research, special attention is paid to the peculiarities of teaching agricultural terms in the Russian language course and the author’s methodology of working with professional vocabulary is proposed. Mastering professional terminology in Russian is an essential component of profession-oriented training, contributes to improving the level of training of Uzbek specialists in the field of agriculture. Successful study of special terminology by students under the guidance of a teacher of Russian as a foreign language will allow students to independently master professional vocabulary and actively apply it in mastering their future profession.
