Abstract

The rapid development of technology has had a significant impact on the legal profession, changing the way legal services are delivered and creating new opportunities for innovation. As such, it has become increasingly important for law schools to incorporate legal tech education into their curriculum. This paper explores the benefits and challenges of making legal tech a compulsory subject in law schools, examining five key problems and potential solutions. Drawing on the opinions of ten legal scholars and analysis of global legal tech practices, this paper argues that incorporating legal tech education into law school curricula is essential for preparing future lawyers for the changing legal landscape.
