Abstract
The relevance of this topic lies in the fact that without an effective system of motivation and incentives, the entire organization as a whole will not work effectively, because it is the system of motivation and incentives that moves the efforts of each employee towards the intended goals of the organization. The labor activity of the personnel depends on how the system of motivation and stimulation of labor is correctly selected for each employee of the organization. This article discusses the idea of how motivation affects the performance of enterprises and how this further affects the level and quality of life.
