Abstract
In this article, it is based on the fact that the issues of increasing the socio-political activity of young people in Uzbekistan are one of the priority tasks of the state policy. In the years of independence, the legal framework adopted in Uzbekistan for increasing the socio-political activity of young people is analyzed.
