Abstract
For nowadays, for the successful functioning of any organization, the staff must work smoothly and as productively as possible. The effectiveness of any organization is determined not only by the efforts of specific employees, but also by the success of teamwork. It is not enough just to be a team, it is important to form a holistic team with common aspirations and goals of activity. This article examines the essence of team building, its main components, advantages and disadvantages of using team building in practice.
