Abstract
The article discusses the main sources of danger for a child that he may encounter: dangerous objects; dangerous situations at home; strangers, as well as the issues of the need to form a preschooler's ideas about objects dangerous to life and health that are found in everyday life, teaching him to follow certain rules; various situations are analyzed, the reasons for categorical prohibitions are explained.
