Problems OF Escalation OF Religious Xenophobia in the ERA OF Globalization

Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of religion on the socio-political processes in the era of globalization, the emergence and negative consequences of religious xenophobia, the impact of xenophobia on the emergence and spread of extremism. At the same time, as a result of the study of the basics of religious xenophobia and extremist movements, it is scientifically discussed that extremists and terrorists operate mainly in the name of Islam.
