Abstract

Recommender systems are unsupervised machine learning algorithms that recommend goods, content, or services to people online based on their past actions and anticipated future preferences. With the help of advancing Artificial Intelligence, primarily via computational intelligence and machine learning, recommender systems have improved user experience and satisfaction. This paper thoroughly discusses the applications of Artificial Intelligence in recommender systems and the issues that arise with AI-based recommender systems.
