Abstract
Documents in the field of science and education have a large volume, and the problems of their management and storage are a pressing issue for many organizations. The main goal of this study is to develop and improve the functional structure of the science and education information system. The electronic archive system serves as an effective solution to these problems. This system makes it easier to store, search, process, improve the quality of outdated photo documents and use them.
