Abstract

This article found the equation of the moment arising under wind pressure on the concave area of the rotor wings with a vertical axis. The equation expresses the relationship between dynamic, kinematic and geometric parameters. This problem is solved by finding the wing radius, wing open area, wing curvature equation. Using the found equation of the driving torque, it is used to determine the torque characteristics of the rotor in real working conditions.
