Abstract

The purpose of this study is to comprehend the role of artificial intelligence literacy, Gen AI and entrepreneurial orientation in improving SMEs resilience and sustainable performance of the organization. Data which were used in the research were collected through questionnaires survey from South Korean manufacturing SMEs. The findings from research illustrate a significant positive connection between artificial intelligence literacy and organizational resilience. This relationship is mediated by Gen AI and entrepreneurial orientation, whereas digital experience put the relationship in a moderate manner. Besides, it is also known that organizational resilience leads to sustainable performance of the organizations. The study provides a novel progress to existing knowledge that how technological tools and capabilities influence organizational resilience in SMEs of a developing country.
