Abstract
The molecules of flavonoid derivatives were isolated experimentally and its spectral parameters were determined with the use and spectrum of adsorption, luminescence of linear dichroism and molar mass. The conditions for the manifestation of the association of the isolated pigment and the binding energy of dimeric molecules have been established. The value of the binding energy is ∼5 kcal/ mol, which corresponds to the energy of the hydrogen bond.
