Abstract

The automatic design of clothing details is based on the creation of a complex base of input data based on experimental studies of the relationship between parameters and structural elements of the design, the development of mathematical models for calculating the coordinates of structural points of the basic framework, and the formalization of construction of the curved contours of the figure using spline interpolation by third-order polynomials. Based on the established dependences of the parameters of the structures drawing, depending on the size scale of the shoulder clothing, a method for determining the supporting section of the basic framework in accordance with the nature of the change in the typical figures shoulder slope inclination angles, which guarantees a high product fitting quality is proposed. To ensure the recommended values integrity of the back and forepart shoulder inclination, depending on the product size and silhouette shape, changes were introduced into the designing methodology of M. Muller & Sohn for determining the coordinates of designing points and the sequence of their calculation. On the basis of the proposed approach to the construction of the forepart, back and set-in sleeve design, a technique has been developed for the automatic designing of products parts scan-outs, which improves structures design creating quality and efficiency.
