Analysis of changes in fiber properties during the opening-cleaning process

Abstract

As a result of theoretical and experimental research, changes in the physical and mechanical parameters of fibers in blow rooms were thoroughly analyzed while maintaining the fibers' natural properties. As a result of the conducted analysis, it was found that the correct selection of technological processes during the fiber cleaning process reduced the amount of fiber waste and the output of spinnable fibers by 2-3%.
