Abstract

The article is devoted to considering the features of carrying out force analysis of lever mechanisms, in particular, the mechanism for moving materials of high-speed sewing machines. In the research process, it is reasonable to calculate and analyze various objects or mechanisms. This system makes it possible to obtain many new useful solutions when developing an engineering computational and graphical environment. Force analysis was carried out using the example of the mechanism for moving materials of high-speed sewing machines. A comparative force analysis of the mechanism for moving materials of high-speed sewing machines made it possible to determine the nature of the change in loads in kinematic pairs. It made it possible to identify the most loaded links, as well as the force ratio for typical schemes of mechanisms for moving materials of high-speed sewing machines.
