<p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify">The scientific research studied the influence of the main technological parameters (rotation speed of the screw shaft and the thickness of the press outlet slot) during cold pressing on the yield and quality of oil from local varieties of sunflower seeds.
