Abstract
This article shows the spirituality of a modern leader in the process of social management, his human moral aspects.A modern leader should embody such qualities as patriotism, courage, conscience, hard work.Optimism is another necessary quality for a modern leader.This concept is also important because it means to look at the development of events with a positive eye, to believe that good will win, to believe in the creative ability of a person, and his natural inclination to good.
