Abstract

This paper argues for developing ambitious nationwide programs for digital and intellectual education of youth, leveraging immersive technologies to build leadership, cultural intelligence, creativity, ethics and digital fluency vital for steering inclusive technological progress. Recommendations encompass public-private partnerships, experiential pedagogies, educator training and impact tracking for scaled implementation. Holistic digital and intellectual youth development can nurture empowered generations guiding sustainable innovation and development.
