Abstract

Relevance. One of the most important problems in reducing the frequency of complications after mini-bypass surgery is their prediction, early diagnosis and the use of preventive measures of a targeted preventive nature. The search for ways to solve this problem today boils down to the development of software methods for evaluating pathogenetically based prognostic and diagnostic tests. In anastomositis, naturally, they are based on the pathogenetic mechanisms of the inflammatory process. In this content, immunological monitoring indicators are considered to be the most effective.
