Abstract
We show that dynamical gluon and quark solutions possess inherent color symmetry with respect to Weyl group of $$SU(3)$$ . Such a symmetry manifests itself in the space of physical solutions after removing all pure gauge degrees of freedom, and it leads to existence of invariant non-degenerate vacuum and one-particle quantum states for gluons and quarks. Some physical implications are discussed.
