LEVERAGING THE SERVICE SECTOR FOR ECONOMIC GROWTH IN UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

This article explores the potential of the service sector as a key driver of economic growth in Uzbekistan. As the country transitions from a traditionally agriculture and manufacturing-based economy, the service sector emerges as a promising avenue for sustainable development. The article provides comprehensive tables with data on internet penetration, educational initiatives, infrastructure projects, tourist arrivals, and financial inclusion metrics to support the analysis. It concludes with a call for collaborative efforts between the government, private sector, and educational institutions to fully leverage the service sector's potential for driving sustainable economic growth in Uzbekistan.
