POPULATION HEALTH IS AN EXAMPLE OF OUR SOCIAL GOVERNMENT

Abstract

The article shows the growing role of enterprises of the Russian hightech complex in the modernization of the domestic economy and the implementation of its transition to innovative development.The need to develop new and effective organizational and economic mechanisms and tools for the commercialization of R&D results that are adequate to modern conditions is substantiated.A solution to the problem of optimizing R&D costs is proposed by determining the price of scientific and technical products at the stage of their development.
