Abstract

Due to the devastating impact of human activities on the environment, the demand for environmental goods and services, among others in the hotel business, is increasing.The article discusses examples of the use of "green" marketing in the hotel business in order to increase the competitiveness of its services and attract customers, offers promising directions for its development and integration into the business processes of hotel companies.
