The article is about the critical role of a well-defined theoretical framework and the effective implementation of trade facilitation measures in overcoming trade-related challenges, enhancing competitiveness, and fostering economic development. Continuous improvements in information availability, advance rulings, appeal procedures, and various formalities are identified as crucial for the sustained economic advancement of Uzbekistan and other nations in Central Asia. Ultimately, the ongoing efforts to streamline trade procedures and reduce associated costs align with the broader goal of promoting inclusive growth and prosperity on a global scale.
