The problem of mechanization of early Potato cultivation
Abstract
Provides information on the state of potato growing in the Republic of Uzbekistan, its main shortcomings, labor intensity of potato cultivation, low level of mechanization, as well as the importance of potato cultivation. Contains information on the technology ofgrowing potatoes and the technical solution used in its implementation. It examines the technology of growing early potatoes, technological operations and work processes performed by mechanized means during its implementation, such as: planting potatoes, installing U-shaped brackets on rows of planted potatoes, covering and stretching a film cloth over them with fixing their edges with soil. A description of the technical solution is given that ensures the planting of potatoes with the simultaneous installation of U-shaped brackets over the rows of planted potatoes, stretching a film sheet over them with filling their edges with soil, and, if necessary, supplying air during the process of caring for the plants, i.e. at low atmospheric air temperatures - supplying heated air under the film, and at hot temperatures - supplying fresh atmospheric air for the purpose of aerating the plants, etc.
