Econometric Analysis of the Conditions that Stimulate Sustainable Development of Fuel and Energy Complex Enterprises in Uzbekistan
Abstract
Over the past decades, it is the revenues from the fuel and energy complex that have successfully replenished the state budget, facilitating the implementation of many socio-economic, significant infrastructure projects. At the same time, energy consumption is growing, especially in developing countries, which leads to increased competition between states in the fight for energy resources. The scenario presented to the world community by the World Energy Agency (IEA) assumes an increase in the growth of global energy consumption by 2030 by 1.3-1.5 times. The change in the energy balance by 2040 will lead to the fact that in the global consumption volume the share of coal consumption will decrease to 60%, oil to 71%, while the share of natural gas will increase by 10%, the share of nuclear power by 88%, hydroelectric power by 50%, and the share of renewable energy sources will increase by 220% [1]. In this regard, the study of mechanisms for ensuring sustainable development of enterprises in the fuel and energy complex of Uzbekistan is considered a pressing issue.
