DIDACTIC POSSIBILITIES OF PREPARING STUDENTS TO WORK WITH GIFTED STUDENTS BASED ON THE "LUMIYERA" METHOD
Abstract
The article discusses the didactic possibilities of preparing students of higher educational institutions in the pedagogical direction to work with gifted children, and for this purpose - preparing students to work with gifted children based on the "lumiere" method. It is also argued that methods aimed at developing students' professional competencies in identifying, assessing and developing students' talents should not only be theoretically sound, but also practically effective, and that the "Lumière" method involves the gradual development of a student's ability to identify gifted children, understand their individual characteristics, analyze their development needs and select appropriate pedagogical strategies.
