METHODS OF PREVENTING AND RECOVERING BASKETBALL PLAYERS FROM INJURIES
Abstract
This article provides detailed information on methods of preventing and recovering basketball players from injuries. Physical injuries are common in basketball, which significantly affect the sports activities of players. The article discusses the most common injuries in players - leg, knee, muscle, neck and hand injuries. It also considers methods such as physical preparation, correct technique, warm-up and cool-down exercises, and selection of sports equipment to prevent injuries. Detailed explanations are also given about the recovery processes after injuries, methods of physiotherapy, rehabilitation and psychological recovery. The article analyzes scientific and practical approaches aimed at improving the prevention and recovery processes of basketball players from injuries.
