PEDAGOGICAL ASPECTS OF TRAINING FOOTBALL COACHES IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS
Abstract
This article analyzes, from scientific-theoretical and practical perspectives, the pedagogical foundations of the process of training football coaches in higher education institutions, as well as the methodology for its improvement. The study reveals актуal problems of professional and pedagogical training of football coaches, shortcomings of the existing education system, and ways to overcome them. The importance of competency-based, systemic, and activity-oriented approaches in the training of football coaches is substantiated, and the possibilities for methodological improvement based on modern pedagogical technologies are highlighted.
