Abstract

This article examines the scientific and methodological foundations for improving the special physical preparedness of 10th–11th grade students in general education schools through extracurricular training. An integrative pedagogical model consisting of methodological, content-related, organizational-pedagogical, and diagnostic-assessment components was proposed. During the experiment, a training complex based on the “SAN.GAY–1” sports device was applied, resulting in a statistically significant improvement in students’ physical preparedness indicators. The findings confirm the practical effectiveness of the proposed methodology and highlight the necessity of scientifically grounded extracurricular sports activities.
