FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING COMPETENCY-BASED EDUCATION IN THE FIELD OF PHARMACEUTICAL WORK

Abstract

This article analyzes the issues of developing competency-based education in the pharmaceutical field and the experience of developed foreign countries in this regard. The pedagogical and methodological aspects of the formation of modern competencies in pharmaceutical education, the organization of the educational process based on innovative approaches, and the development of practical skills are highlighted. The role and importance of the competency-based approach in the training of pharmaceutical specialists in the European Union, the USA and Asian countries are also considered. The results of the study serve to identify the possibilities of effective use of foreign experience in improving national pharmaceutical education.
