Abstract

This article presents a scientific analysis of the theoretical foundations for developing creative writing skills in primary school students, their connection with psychological and cognitive processes, as well as new methods proposed based on modern pedagogical technologies. The study examines the nature of the writing process, its structural components, and the characteristics of the step-by-step development of writing proficiency among 1st–4th grade students. Additionally, the scientific perspectives of foreign and local scholars on creative writing are comparatively highlighted.
