STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT OF KINASTHETIC COMPETENCES AND THEIR APPLICATION IN EDUCATIONAL PRACTICE

Abstract

This article highlights the importance of the development of students' professional skills, motivation, professional formation of the individual and the use of innovative educational technologies in the modern education system. The influence of psychological and pedagogical factors in the process of improvement of educational and methodical support in accordance with international requirements and the development of future specialists as a well-rounded person is analyzed. The role of motives, needs, internal stimuli and interests in professional development and the readiness of young people to choose a profession were separately considered in the study.
