Abstract
In this article, the pedagogical, psychological and practical foundations of preparing the future teachers of "Education" subject to the assessment and motivation of students based on an individual approach are deeply analyzed. Based on the requirements of the concept of person-oriented education, the research proves the need to reinterpret the evaluation process not only as a control tool, but also as an important pedagogical mechanism that affects the social, moral and intellectual development of the student.
