This monograph examines the intricate dynamics of Ukraine's digital transformation, focusing on the intersections of artificial intelligence, the metaverse, and Society 5.0. It offers a comprehensive analysis of how emerging technologies are redefining societal structures, governance frameworks, and human identity in the context of global digitalization. By addressing the multifaceted nature of technological advancements, the research delves into philosophical, legal, and ethical considerations tied to digital identity and the evolving concept of electronic jurisdiction, particularly in the regulation of virtual environments and cyberspace. Key themes include the implications of immersive technologies for human interaction, the ethical dilemmas surrounding digital avatars, and the role of simulacra in hybrid warfare strategies. Additionally, the study explores the transformative potential of Industry 5.0 in Ukraine’s economic and industrial revitalization, emphasizing the integration of digital ecosystems into post-quantum civilization. It underscores the need for interdisciplinary collaboration to tackle challenges associated with technological disruptions while fostering a sustainable balance between innovation and societal well-being.
