Abstract

The atomic composition, work function, and structural properties of thin (10–150 nm) MoO3 films obtained by magnetron sputtering were studied by X-ray and ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy, X‑ray powder diffraction analysis, and atomic force microscopy.
