The article provides an analysis of physical and psychological health issues that may arise in students during the process of preparing for professional activities. It highlights the role and significance of pedagogical techniques in preventing these health-related problems. In the context of modern education and upbringing, pedagogical approaches and training aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle, preventing stress and fatigue, and enhancing motivation are emphasized. The study presents an analysis of professional health factors, health-preserving competencies within the school environment, and educational strategies that positively influence students' well-being.
