Digitalization of Maintenance Planning and Control for Railway Automation and Telemechanics Devices: Concept and Implementation
Abstract
This article presents the concept and implementation experience of a digital system for maintenance planning and control of automation and telemechanics devices at stations of JSC 'Uzbekistan Railways.' The developed e-Dispatcher platform enables the transition from traditional paper-based workflows to digital maintenance plans (annual, monthly, four-week, and weekly) and electronic logs for all major types of devices. The system allows for remote monitoring of maintenance processes, real-time recording and archiving of all actions, transparent tracking of faults and repairs, and automatic generation of statistics and reports. The implementation of this solution enhances reliability, optimizes labor resources, and reduces failures caused by untimely or incomplete maintenance.
