This paper focuses on how the latest digital tools can help improve language skills and cognitive abilities in people, especially in psychology-related fields. It explores various exercises using technology that encourage motivation and engagement, while supporting cognitive and language development. The article also explains how these modern digital tools can be applied in psychology and education to make learning more effective and enjoyable.
